Sky-Financials is an AMFI-registered Mutual Fund Distributor (ARN-85675) operating in Mumbai, India. We help clients select mutual fund schemes suited to their financial goals and risk profile, and handle execution — purchases, redemptions, switches, and systematic investments (SIP/STP/SWP) — across the Asset Management Companies we are empanelled with.
Our recommendations are limited to mutual fund schemes appropriate to each client's assessed risk category. We do not provide comprehensive financial planning, portfolio management, or holistic investment advisory services, and we are not registered with SEBI as an Investment Adviser.
We are compensated by commission paid by the AMCs whose schemes are purchased through us, which we disclose to clients. As our recommendations involve commission-based compensation, clients are welcome to ask us about this at any time.
Client relationships matter to us, and most of our client base comes through referral and long-standing association rather than mass marketing.
